Using Sequencing Technique for Diagnostic Different Species of Genus Rhizobium Which Isolated from Legume Plants

نویسندگان

چکیده

Samples of the root nodules were collected to isolate different species genus Rhizobium from several leguminous plants; Trigonella foenum-graecum, Medicago sativa, Lens culinaris, Vigna mungo, Vicia faba, Phaseolus vulgaris, and Cicer arietinum, based on their morphological, cultural, biochemical characteristics, in addition identification each at level by amplified polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using sequencing nitrogenous bases 16S rRNA gene, it was identified as Sinrhizobium meliloti, Bradyrhizobium elkanii, leguminosarium biovar viciae, phaseoli Mesorhizobium cicero, respectively, (with exception bacteria isolated culinaris) showed an agreement with GenBank isolates percentages ranging between (96-98) percent, well drawing phylogenetic tree determine extent evolution these convergence original international standard isolates.

Growth effects of Rhizobium inoculation in some legume plants

Leguminous crops, possessing root nodules, fix and utilize atmospheric nitrogen. They are thus not dependent on industrially fixed nitrogen but add up to 30 kg of nitrogen / hectare to the soil and improve its fertility. Access to mineral nitrogen often limits plant growth, and so symbiotic relationships have evolved between plants and a variety of nitrogen-fixing organisms. These associations ...

development of different optical methods for determination of glucose using cadmium telluride quantum dots and silver nanoparticles

a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...

Genotyping of Acanthamoeba Species Isolated from Keratitis Patients by PCR Sequencing Methods in Tehran, Iran

Background and Aims: Amoebae of the genus Acanthamoeba are unicellular amphizoic opportunistic pathogens that may cause fatal granulomatous encephalitis, eye keratitis, amebic pneumonitis and skin nodules as well as abscesses in humans and animals. Acanthamoeba keratitis is caused by trauma to the eye, contaminated cleaning solutions and the use of contact lenses. The aim of the present study w...

The fast-growing Rhizobium strain ORS571, isolated from stem nodules of the tropical legume

In Rhizobium ORS571, which is able to form both root and stem nodules on the tropical plant Sesbania rostrata and to grow in the free-living state at the expense of N,, two copies of the nijH gene, which codes for the nitrogenase Fe-protein, were characterized. One copy, nijHl, was localized in the nijHDK operon; the other, nzjH2, was localized elsewhere. nijH1 and nijH2 differed in only six nu...

Lipopolysaccharides in Rhizobium-legume symbioses.

The establishment of nitrogen-fixing symbiosis between a legume plant and its rhizobial symbiont requires that the bacterium adapt to changing conditions that occur with the host plant that both promotes and allows infection of the host root nodule cell, regulates and resists the host defense response, permits the exchange of metabolites, and contributes to the overall health of the host. This ...
